48.0MAJOR FLOODING ALONG THE CANADIAN RIVER HAS INUNDATED THE U.S. HIGHWAY 56 BRIDGE 6 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF SPRINGER...HALTING TRAFFIC ON HIGHWAY 56 BETWEEN SPRINGER AND CLAYTON. SIGNIFICANT OVERBANK FLOODING OF MOSTLY RANGE LAND IS OCCURRING ALONG THE CANADIAN RIVER NORTH OF HIGHWAY 56.
38.0FLOOD WATERS ARE BEGINNING TO OVERTOP THE U.S. HIGHWAY 56 BRIDGE OVER THE CANADIAN RIVER 6 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF SPRINGER. THE MILLS CANYON CAMPGROUND ABOUT 20 MILES DOWNRIVER IS SUBJECT TO FLOODING...WHILE OVERBANK FLOODING OF MOSTLY RANGE LAND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 56 IS ALSO OCCURRING.
