Flood Impacts and Historical Events
Stage Impacts
29.1Many evacuations will be required with several homes flooded. Highways 19 and 84 will be submerged. Most farmland will be flooded.
28.0Water will reach the underclearance of the U S Highway 84 Bridge.
24.0About 1000 people will need to be evacuated from Lake Riverside and Stewart Avenue areas due to flooding of homes and trailers. Several Thomas and Grady county roads will be flooded.
20.0Some houses and trailers in the lowest areas of Lake Riverside and Steward Avenue will have water at their doors. Road access will be completely cut off.
18.0Some homes will need to be evacuated because the residents cannot get to their homes.
17.0Small country roads used mostly to access homes will begin to flood.
15.0This is considered initial flood stage. River access roads and lowlands along the river will be flooded.
9.0Water will overflow into the lowest bottomlands along the river.
