19.5Flooding begins to affect the Breezy Meadows addition in Spencer...and most of the city south of the river is flooded.
16.5Highway 71 and Highway 18 begin to flood...and West Park Street...1st Street...and 2nd Street in Spencer are flooded. Some homes and businesses in the southern portions of Spencer are also flooded.
14.5County Road B40 southeast of Spencer begins flooding.
