27.0Probable highest reliable reading from gage site.
26.0Approximate low steel elevation of Logan Street Bridge. At this point the bridge begins to act as dam and the river readings from the gage may not be accurate. According to county surveyor, low steel of Logan Street Bridge is 26.05 feet.
24.2Record flood is in progress. Flood waters cause numerous evacuations and considerable damage to roads, businesses, and private homes. Low steel on bridge is 26.05 feet and highest possible reading around 27 to 28 feet from automated site.
24.0Severe flooding is in progress in Riverwood/Clare areas. Flooding begins at Strawtown. Flood begins of commercial/residential property near State 32 in west Noblesville and a few residences just north and west of Noblesville.
23.0Flooding of commercial district on south side of Noblesville begins. Extensive flooding continues along East 96th, East 116th, East 122nd, East 126th and East 146th Streets in Hamilton County. Many evacuations are necessary. Flooding of southwest Noblesville west of 4th Street. Noblesville wastewater treatment plant is underwater. East 116th Street, River Road and many local roads in Hamilton County near White River are underwater.
21.3Many evacuations are necessary in Riverwood/Clare areas, in Trails End area at East 116th St., and at East 146th St. Flooding begins to affect East 96th St. area. Flooding threatens Wastewater Treatment Plant.
21.0In west Noblesville, high water surrounds commercial property along State Road 32. Evacuations of some residences is required. Flooding begins in southwest Noblesville west of 3rd Street. Many sections of River Road in Hamilton County are impassable.
20.0According to Indianapolis Star on March 26, 2007, floodwaters from the White River made sections of nearly 20 different roads in Hamilton County impassable. Residences in west Noblesville near State Road 32 begin to flood. Residential areas in Riverwood, near 146th Street and 116th Street have water in their basements or crawl spaces.
19.5Allisonville Road just south of Noblesville and 146th Street begins to flood. Residences and business on northwest side of 146th street begin to flood.
19.0Flooding becomes more serious in the Riverwood, Clare, and Trails End areas. Flooding of basements and to possible first floor flooding occurs. State Road 19 begins to flood. Many local roads in these areas are impassable. Some evacuations are necessary.
18.5Water begins to flood Strawtown Avenue 1 mile northwest of Strawtown.
18.3Local television news reported that Allisonville Road just south of Noblesville was beginning closed at this level in February 2008.
17.5A kennel, Home for Friendless Animals, on River Avenue in southern Noblesville Township may have to evacuate animals.
17.0Extensive flooding occur in both River Bend and White River campgrounds. High water affect 2 businesses near State Road 19 on the west side of Noblesville. Roads in residential areas of Riverwood, Clare and Strawtown begin to flood. Flooding of roads begins in residential areas of Trails End near 116th Street, near East 146th Street and in gravel pit areas along the White River from East 96th Street north to Noblesville.
16.2Flooding begins in the 116 Street area (Trails End). The lowest house in the area has 1 foot of water in its basement. Another resident has 2 feet of water in his garage. Flooding is along River Road in rural Carmel. Some residents south of 116th Street along River Drive East must park vehicles on high ground.
16.0Extensive flooding begins in Riverwood area. Agricultural flooding is in progress as well as flooding of both the Riverbend and White River campgrounds.
14.5Edith Avenue begins to flood near the Potter Bridge area. Flooding begins in residential areas along East 116th Street in Trails End area, along East 146th Street and State Road 19 just north of State Road 32.
14.0Agricultural flooding is readily visible north and south of Noblesville.
12.0Riverwood Avenue in Riverwood, Riverbend campground near Clare and White River campground near Strawtown begin to flood.
