15.0The 100 year flood level is exceeded. Highway 1050 S in Adams County east of Geneva begins to flood.
14.0Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be required and property needs to be transfered to higher ground.
12.0The flooding of county roads begin.
11.0Agricultural flooding begins. Low lands east of Geneva begin to flood.
