12.0Flood waters inundate homes near the beginning of the 200 block of Timber Lane...as well as homes and low lying property along Riverside Road. Any backwater effects near the mouth of the river may cause flooding of homes and property along Motel Drive
11.5In addition to extensive flooding of the Michigan Department of Natural Resources public fishing site where M-28 crosses the Chocolay River...homes and property near the beginning of the 200 block of Timber Lane also begin to have extensive flooding and possible property damage.
