24.1Water begnins to inundate Constitution Avenue near the Lincoln Memorial at the low spot on Henry Bacon Drive.

20.5Water begins to inundate the north end of the N-S runway at Reagan National Airport.
19.0Water begins to flood the south end of the N-S runway at Reagan National Airport.
17.0water approaches the SE end of the NW to SE runway at Reagan National Airport.
16.7water begins to inundate the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts at Rock Creek and Potomac Parkway.
