24.7City of Grafton closes Route 100 near Evans Street. Also at this level the Catholic Church parking lot at Main & Evans begins flooding. This represents the lowest point on Main Street in Grafton.
23.4Huster Road and South Shore Drive, both at the entrance to the South Shore subdivision, are closed near this level.
22.5East end of Main Street in Portage des Sioux begins flooding near this height.
21.9In northern St. Charles County, Wilson Road at Washeon Road, and Grafton Ferry Road and Sherwood Harbor Road north of Smartt Field are closed. West of Portage des Sioux, Sioux Drive is also closed at this height.
21.5In Portage des Sioux, MO, Le Sieur Street leading to the Marina and to Our Lady of the River Statue is flooded.
21.0Water begins flooding the floor at the Palisades Marina in Portage Des Sioux. Access to homes along North Shore Drive in eastern St. Charles County becomes cut off near this height.
18.0Flood Stage. Right bank begins to over flow... flooding farmland.
16.2For navigational purposes through Alton Lock and Dam control, the Corps will not allow the river to exceed this level, if at all possible. Above this level, water inundates land not owned by the USACE.
14.2For safe navigation of barge traffic, the Corps will try to keep the river above this level.
