12.0Major flooding begins. The bridge is overtopped on Kimball Bridge Road and will be closed. Flooding of homes begin along and near Big Creek from Cumming in Forsyth County to Alpharetta and Roswell in Fulton County.
11.0Moderate flooding continues. Water begins to flood one lane of the bridge on Kimball Bridge Road. County officials may close or restrict access to the bridge. Water continues to flood yards and approaches some homes along and near Big Creek from Cumming in Forsyth County to Alpharetta and Roswell in Fulton County.
10.0Moderate flooding begins. Flooding of yards begin along the creek between Cumming in Forsyth County through Alpharetta and Roswell in North Fulton County. The water reaches the bottom of the bridge on Kimball Bridge Road.
9.0Minor flooding continues to expand further into the woodlands and fields along the creek. The Big Creek Greenway experiences significant flooding...which results in closure of most of the walking and biking paths.
8.0Minor flooding continues to expand further into the woodlands and fields along the creek. Additional portions of the Big Creek Greenway have minor flooding...which results in residents not being able to use the walking and biking paths.
7.0Flood Stage is reached. Minor flooding of woodlands and fields begin along the creek between Cumming in Forsyth County...to Alpharetta and Roswell in North Fulton County. Flooding starts to effect the Big Creek Greenway near Alpharetta with about 200 feet of the greenway becoming closed.
6.0Bankfull conditions are reached along the creek between Cumming in Forsyth County...to Alpharetta and Roswell in North Fulton County.
