22.0The shopping center parking lots are flooded with flood waters approaching the buildings. US 169 near and north of St Joseph, 11 miles south of Algona is flooded. All bridges over the Des Moines River may be threatened with wash-outs and many roads across Kossuth county may be closed.
20.0Water enters parking lot of shopping center west of gage, between the river and US 18. US 18 NE of Algona is closed. US 169 two miles south of Bancroft begins flooding.
19.0Highway 169 south of Algona and near St. Joseph will be cut off. Sections of Highway 18 east of Highway 169 will also be threatened.
18.0Highway 169 will be threatened near St. Joseph and may be overtopped south of Algona.
17.0Highway 169 south of Algona will be threatened and some rural roads are flooded.
16.0There will be extensive flooding of agricultural land across Kossuth county.
14.0Low-lying agricultural land all along the river begins to flood.
